PEARL WHITE STUDIO – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked through our approved booking system or directly with Pearl White Studio. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Deposits & Payments
Where a deposit or booking payment is required, this secures your appointment time. Any deposit or advance payment will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law. Payments for treatments must be made in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, Pearl White Studio may retain or request an amount that reasonably reflects any direct loss caused by the cancellation, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in future appointments requiring payment in advance.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the loss of any applicable booking payment and/or a requirement to pay an appropriate cancellation charge before another appointment can be booked. Any charge will be proportionate to the loss suffered.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the treatment time available. Where a treatment cannot safely or reasonably be completed because of lateness, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
6. Treatment Suitability
All clients must provide accurate and relevant information regarding their medical history, allergies, medication, previous treatments, skin conditions and any other information that may affect treatment suitability.
Pearl White Studio reserves the right to refuse or postpone a treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.
7. Consultation & Consent
Certain treatments require a consultation, medical questionnaire, patch test and/or consent form before treatment. Clients must provide honest and accurate information and follow all instructions provided before and after treatment.
8. Results
Treatment results vary from person to person. No specific result can be guaranteed. Factors including individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, healing response and existing conditions may affect results.
9. Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by Pearl White Studio. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and increase the risk of complications.
10. Children & Young Clients
Age restrictions and parental/guardian consent requirements may apply to individual treatments. Pearl White Studio will not carry out a treatment where the required consent or age requirement has not been met.
11. Health & Safety
For health and safety reasons, please inform us of any changes to your health, medication, allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions or other relevant circumstances before treatment.
12. Right to Refuse Treatment
Pearl White Studio may decline or postpone a treatment where there is a reasonable health, safety, suitability or professional reason for doing so.
13. Refunds & Complaints
If you have a concern about a treatment, please contact Pearl White Studio as soon as reasonably possible so that we can discuss the matter and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights. Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law.
14. Prices & Promotions
Prices and promotional offers may change from time to time. The price applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking. Promotional/model prices may be subject to specific terms which will be clearly communicated before booking.
15. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending Pearl White Studio.
16. Privacy
Personal information provided during booking, consultation and treatment will be handled in accordance with Pearl White Studio’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
17. Changes to These Terms
Pearl White Studio may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Customers may be required to agree to the latest version before making or attending future appointments.
18. Acceptance
By booking and/or attending an appointment with Pearl White Studio, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them, subject to your statutory rights.
